Veerappa Nayaka (1999)
Veerappa Nayaka is an Indian Kannada language blockbuster hit film directed by S. Narayan starring south super star Dr.Vishnuvardhan. It is a story of a Gandhian's son turning into a terrorist. This was also the first film in Dr.Vishnuvardhan and Narayan's combination and the movie ran successfully for 30 weeks at the box office becoming one of the biggest hits in Narayan's film career. It was Dr.Vishnu's 171st Kannada film. Coincidentally, all the films in their combination became hits that includes Surya Vamsha, Simhadriya Simha Jamindaru, Varsha and Sirivantha.
