Tholi Valapu is a 2001 Telugu film directed by Muthyala Subbaiah . film starring Gopichand and Sneha in the lead roles.This film was the debut of Gopichand.The film has been dubbed into Tamil as "Hari" and Hindi as "Blast Barood".
