Thodarum (1999)
Thodarum is a Tamil film directed by Ramesh Khanna featuring Ajith Kumar, Devayani and Heera in the leading roles. The supporting cast of Manivannan, Vadivelu and Gemini Ganesan also play pivotal roles in the film. It was released on 14 January 1999. The film was a remake of Telugu film Maavichiguru which itself was partially inspired from Malayalam film Kunkumacheppu.
