Sunrise Over Tiananmen Square (1998)

Sunrise Over Tiananmen Square is a 1998 National Film Board of Canada short animated documentary directed by Shui-Bo Wang. It is an autobiography about the director's life, career and ultimate disillusionment with The People's Republic of China. It was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Documentary Short, losing to The Personals.
