New Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (2004)
New Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon is a 2004 DVD film based on the novel by Wang Du Lu. The DVD film as released in the West is composed of footage from a Taiwanese television serial of the same name. The television serial was filmed on direct video but was free of interlacing or compression errors despite the lower budget required to create scenes.
