Kaali (1980)
Kaali is a 1980 bi-lingual film made by I. V. Sasi in Tamil and Telugu. It stars Rajinikanth and Seema in the lead along with Vijayakumar and Phataphat Jayalaxmi in prominent roles. In the Telugu version Rajinikanth reprised the same role while Chiranjeevi replaced Vijayakumar. This was the first time that Rajinikanth and Chiranjeevi acted together. Seema enacted dual roles in this film. Kaikala Satyanarayana plays the main villain in both the versions. The movie was a hit in Telugu and a failure in Tamil.
