Best Friends (1975)

Best Friends is a 1975 film directed by Noel Nosseck and starring Richard Hatch. The film has a grossly misleading poster art which alludes to a Native American revenge theme. In actuality, this thriller centers on the slow psychotic deterioration of a Vietnam war veteran who aims to restore his carefree youth by eliminating his best friend's marital engagement. The events of the plot do briefly involve a striptease-inspired bar brawl with North American Indians, although briefly and to no great theme significance.
