Allauddinum Albhutha Vilakkum (1979)
Allauddinum Albhutha Vilakkum (translated as Aladdin's magical lamp) is a 1979 Malayalam film directed by I. V. Sasi. It stars Kamal Hassan as Allauddin and Rajinikanth as Kamaruddin. The film is based on Alladin's story from the Arabian Nights. It was simultaneously made in Tamil as Allaudinaum Arputha Vilakkum and released on June 8, 1979. It was the debut film of Rajinikanth in Malayalam.
